It all happens so quickly

I have been trying to keep my cool these past few days concentrating on what's important in my life, but somehow things always get out of hand and I find myself struggling to control it all and not hurt anybody's feelings unintentionally (Although it wouldn't be so bad some other day! ;) ).
Only thing that always works in times like these is to put on some loud music (Queen preferably) and just sing it out! Or should I say: Shout it out! I guess some things hardly ever change...
